Frey Construction Services, Inc. is licensed to construct both residential and commercial projects throughout Florida with no limit to the size of the project. We guarantee all work for one (1) full year after final inspection.
Terry Frey is a University of Florida Construction Graduate and established Frey Construction Services, Inc in 2003 after receiving his Certified General Contractors License.
During and after college Terry worked for Commercial Contractors Centex Rooney and Jack Jennings & Sons in Orlando, Fl. Using the experience gained managing various large projects for those companies; Terry was able to start his own corporation. Since 2003, he has established great working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors throughout Northeast Florida. Using these relationships and by keeping overhead at a minimum, Terry believes he can construct quality projects at a very reasonable price for any owner.
